These Rules determine the procedure, location, and duration of the promotional campaign “Tickets to the Floor Section of an MMA Tournament” among registered X2 LOTO users (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).
The Promotion is organized by X2 LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Promotion is conducted for advertising and marketing purposes aimed at increasing X2 LOTO brand awareness, as well as the interest and loyalty of registered users.
1. Terms of Participation in the Promotion
1.1. The Promotion is conducted throughout the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.2. The participation period in the Promotion begins on the date of the official publication of these Rules and continues until the Organizer forms the final list of Participants on September 11, 2026, prior to the commencement of the procedure for determining the Prize Recipient.
1.3. Registered and verified X2 LOTO users who meet the requirements of these Rules are automatically considered Participants in the Promotion.
1.4. Registered and verified X2 LOTO users are automatically considered Participants in the Promotion if, by the time the Organizer forms the final list of Participants on September 11, 2026, their X2 LOTO account history contains at least one successfully completed user balance top-up transaction made in a single transaction in the amount of at least KGS 300 (three hundred soms).
1.5. Topping up the user balance is a standard transaction performed by a user in the course of using the X2 LOTO service. It does not constitute the purchase of goods or services and is not a fee for participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion does not require the purchase of lottery tickets, other goods or services, payment of any additional fee, or performance of any other paid actions.
1.6. The relevant top-up transaction may have been completed either before or after the date of publication of these Rules. Additional top-ups do not provide the Participant with any additional advantages: each user may be included in the final list of Participants only once.
1.7. A user who meets the requirements of Clauses 1.3–1.5 of these Rules shall be automatically included by the Organizer in the list of Participants without submitting a separate application or performing any other additional actions. Participation is voluntary. A user may withdraw from participation at any time before the final list of Participants is formed on September 11, 2026, by contacting X2 LOTO customer support using the contact details provided on x2.kg. Withdrawal from participation does not affect the user’s balance, the right to dispose of funds, or further use of the X2 LOTO service.
1.8. On September 11, 2026, prior to the commencement of the procedure for determining the Prize Recipient, the Organizer shall form the final list of Participants based on data from the X2 LOTO accounting system. The Prize Recipient will be determined on September 11, 2026, during a live broadcast on the Telegram channel “Х2 Лото | Первая онлайн-лотерея в Кыргызстане”.
2. Prize of the Promotion
2.1. The Prize consists of a set of 2 (two) tickets to the floor section of the MMA tournament, which will take place on September 17, 2026, at Zhashtyk Arena in Bishkek.
2.2. The value of one ticket is KGS 7,500 (seven thousand five hundred soms).
The total value of the Prize is KGS 15,000 (fifteen thousand soms).
2.3. As part of the Promotion, 1 (one) Prize Recipient shall be determined.
2.4. The Prize Recipient shall receive a set of 2 (two) tickets to the floor section of the MMA tournament, with a total value of KGS 15,000 (fifteen thousand soms).
2.5. The Prize shall be awarded in full to one Prize Recipient and shall include 2 (two) tickets.
2.6. The Prize may not be exchanged for cash, paid out in cash equivalent, or replaced with another prize at the request of the Prize Recipient.
2.7. The obligation to pay taxes and other mandatory payments arising in connection with receipt of the Prize under this Promotion shall be assumed by the Organizer — X2 LLC.
3. Information About the Promotion
3.1. Information about the Promotion, participation requirements, duration, and procedure for determining the Prize Recipient may be published:
- on the official X2 LOTO website — x2.kg;
- on the Telegram channel “Х2 Лото | Первая онлайн-лотерея в Кыргызстане”;
- on X2 LOTO’s official social media pages;
- in the Organizer’s advertising and informational materials;
- on other informational and advertising platforms selected by the Organizer for promotion of the Promotion.
3.2. These Rules constitute the primary document governing the procedure for conducting the Promotion.
4. Participants in the Promotion
4.1. Legally capable individuals who have reached the age of 18, are located within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, are registered and verified with X2 LOTO, and meet the requirements of these Rules are automatically considered Participants in the Promotion.
4.2. Employees and representatives of the Organizer, persons affiliated with the Organizer, members of their families, as well as employees and representatives of other persons directly involved in organizing and conducting the Promotion may not participate in the Promotion.
4.3. Persons who do not meet the requirements of these Rules shall not be included in the list of Participants and may not claim the Prize.
4.4. Any expenses incurred by a Participant in connection with participation in the Promotion, including communication, transportation, and other expenses not expressly provided for in these Rules, shall be borne independently by the Participant.
4.5. A user who meets the requirements of Section 1 of these Rules at the time the final list of Participants is formed and who has not withdrawn from participation before that time shall be automatically included in the final list of Participants in the Promotion.
4.6. Participation in the Promotion does not require the purchase of lottery tickets, goods or services, payment of a special participation fee, or performance of any other additional paid actions.
4.7. The Participant must provide accurate and truthful personal and contact information when registering and completing verification on the X2 LOTO platform.
4.8. The Organizer has the right to exclude a Participant from the Promotion if the Organizer identifies a violation of these Rules, provision of false information, fraudulent actions, or other abuse.
5. Procedure for Determining the Prize Recipient
5.1. The determination of 1 (one) Prize Recipient shall take place on September 11, 2026, among the Participants included in the final list formed by the Organizer immediately before the commencement of the procedure for determining the Prize Recipient in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. As part of the Promotion, 1 (one) Prize Recipient shall be determined.
5.3. The Prize Recipient shall be determined from among all Participants included in the final list.
5.4. The procedure for determining the Prize Recipient shall be announced by the Organizer before the procedure begins and shall be applied equally to all Participants.
5.5. The procedure for determining the Prize Recipient shall be conducted in real time during a live broadcast on the Telegram channel “Х2 Лото | Первая онлайн-лотерея в Кыргызстане”.
5.6. The procedure for determining the Prize Recipient shall be video-recorded by the Organizer.
5.7. The Prize Recipient shall receive a set of 2 (two) tickets to the floor section of the MMA tournament, which will take place on September 17, 2026, at Zhashtyk Arena in Bishkek.
5.8. Once the Prize Recipient has been determined, the procedure for determining the Prize Recipient shall be deemed completed.
5.9. Information about the results of the Promotion and the Prize Recipient may be published on the official X2 LOTO website, the Organizer’s Telegram channel, and/or X2 LOTO’s official social media pages.
5.10. After the Prize Recipient has been determined, representatives of the Organizer shall contact the Prize Recipient using the contact details provided during registration with X2 LOTO.
6. Procedure for Awarding the Prize
6.1. After the Prize Recipient has been determined, the Organizer shall contact them to notify them of the awarding of the Prize and to agree on the procedure, place, and time for transferring the tickets.
6.2. The Prize Recipient must provide the Organizer with the information necessary to confirm their identity and entitlement to receive the Prize.
6.3. To verify the identity of the Prize Recipient, the Organizer has the right to request an identity document.
6.4. The Prize Recipient shall receive a set of 2 (two) tickets to the floor section of the MMA tournament, with a total value of KGS 15,000 (fifteen thousand soms).
6.5. The set of 2 (two) tickets shall be transferred exclusively to the Prize Recipient determined in accordance with these Rules.
6.6. The Prize Recipient may not demand from the Organizer the cash equivalent of the Prize value, replacement of the Prize, or provision of another prize.
6.7. After determining the Prize Recipient, the Organizer shall contact them using the contact details provided during the user’s registration with X2 LOTO.
If the Prize Recipient does not respond, the Organizer has the right to make additional attempts to contact them.
6.8. The transfer of the Prize shall be documented by a Prize Acceptance and Transfer Certificate, signed by the Prize Recipient and an authorized representative of the Organizer.
6.9. The obligation to pay taxes and other mandatory payments related to receipt of the Prize shall be assumed by the Organizer — X2 LLC.
6.10. The Prize Recipient shall independently bear expenses related to travel to the tournament venue, transportation, accommodation, meals, and any other additional expenses not expressly provided for in these Rules.
7. Personal Data
7.1. For the purposes of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer shall use the personal data of registered X2 LOTO users previously provided by them during registration and verification and processed on lawful grounds, to the extent necessary to verify compliance with the participation requirements, form the list of Participants, determine the Prize Recipient, and transfer the Prize.
The following personal data may be processed as part of the Promotion:
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- date of birth;
- contact telephone number;
- email address;
- information necessary to identify the registered user;
- details of an identity document, where such information is required for receipt of the Prize.
7.2. Personal data shall be used by the Organizer exclusively for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Promotion, verifying compliance with the participation requirements, determining and identifying the Prize Recipient, contacting the Prize Recipient, transferring the Prize, and complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
7.3. The Participant confirms that the personal data provided during registration and verification is accurate and truthful.
7.4. The user has the right to withdraw from participation in the Promotion in accordance with Clause 1.7 of these Rules. Withdrawal from participation does not terminate or modify any previously granted consents to the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the X2 LOTO service.
7.5. Photography and video recording of the Prize presentation, as well as the use of the Prize Recipient’s image in the Organizer’s informational, advertising, and marketing materials, shall be carried out with the relevant person’s consent where such consent is required under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Rules shall be made publicly available on the Organizer’s informational resources. The user has the right to review the Rules and withdraw from participation in accordance with Clause 1.7 before the final list of Participants is formed on September 11, 2026.
8.2. The Organizer has the right to amend or supplement these Rules provided that the relevant information is published on the Organizer’s official informational resources. Such amendments must not worsen the position of Participants who have already fulfilled the participation requirements.
8.3. In all matters not expressly provided for in these Rules, the Organizer and Participants shall be governed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8.4. Any disputes arising in connection with the organization and conduct of the Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION DOES NOT RESULT IN ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS OR OBLIGATIONS FOR THE USER.
