What to Do After Winning the Lottery: Crediting, Withdrawal and Documents
Your ticket won, and the prize amount is on the screen. What should you do after winning the lottery on X2 LOTO? Almost nothing is urgent: the money is already in your game account. Below are the steps according to the site rules: where to check your winnings, what you need to withdraw, where you can withdraw the money and what tax is withheld. Only adults aged 18+ can take part in the lottery and receive winnings.
Where to see your winnings
Winnings are credited to your game account automatically. You do not need to submit a separate payout request. If the winnings exceed 5,000 som, tax is withheld from them right when they are credited — more on this below.
When the money arrives depends on the type of lottery:
- instant lottery — the result is known right after you buy the ticket, and the winnings are credited as soon as you reveal the result;
- draw lottery — the winnings depend on the draw, and the money is credited once the draw has been processed, usually within a few minutes after it takes place.
You can check the result in three places. In the “My tickets” section on the lottery page you can see your tickets and their outcome. The “Draw results” page and the archive of each lottery show the draw number, the date and the winning numbers. You can also find your ticket in the transaction history in your account. In an instant lottery, the result is shown in the game itself.
If the ticket is neither in “My tickets” nor in your transaction history, contact support: support@x2.kg or the chat on the site, daily from 9:00 to 21:00. You can choose a lottery and buy a ticket in the “Draw lotteries” section.
What to do after winning the lottery: check your verification
Verification is required to buy tickets with real money and to withdraw funds. You can only take part from the age of 18, and your age is confirmed through verification. Still, it is worth checking your status before withdrawing: under the public offer, if your verification has been revoked, suspended or needs to be completed again, you cannot withdraw funds or receive winnings, even if there is money on your balance.
Verification confirms your identity and age. There are two ways to complete it:
- upload photos of both sides of your passport and a selfie holding your passport;
- complete identification via Tunduk.
The check takes up to 12 hours, and you will get a notification with the result. Large winnings are paid out in the same way, after identification.
How to withdraw lottery winnings to your own account
Withdrawals are made in your account:
- Open “Wallet” and tap “Withdraw”.
- Choose how to receive the money — a bank or payment service in Kyrgyzstan: Eldik, Finik, MBANK, Optima24, Bakai Bank and other banks of the Kyrgyz Republic — and enter your own payment details.
- Enter the amount and confirm the request.
A withdrawal request is reviewed, usually manually, so the money does not arrive instantly. There is no withdrawal fee for the player: the lottery operator covers it.
The main rule: money can be withdrawn only to the payment details of the verified participant. You cannot withdraw winnings to the account of a relative or friend: this is required by lottery law and protects against fraud.
You can withdraw not only winnings but also your own funds that you deposited and did not use. Minimum and maximum amounts and withdrawal methods are shown in the withdrawal form in your “Wallet” — check them there rather than relying on memory: the limits depend on the method.
Why a withdrawal may fail
If you cannot withdraw money, the reason is usually one of two things:
- your verification has been revoked, suspended or needs to be completed again;
- your balance contains bonus funds that have not yet been played through under the promotion terms.
You can see your verification status in your account. If you cannot find the reason, contact support.
If access to your account is temporarily restricted, under the offer this in itself does not take away your right to winnings you received lawfully: the payout is made after the necessary checks and identification. The exceptions are cases directly provided for by law, by the requirements of authorized bodies or by the offer.
Tax on lottery winnings
The taxation of winnings is set by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. On X2 LOTO the rule is: if the winnings exceed 5,000 som, a 10% income tax is automatically withheld when they are credited to your balance. The operator acts as the tax agent. How to tell a real payout from a scam
Lottery winnings in Kyrgyzstan on X2 LOTO have only one path: they are credited to your game account and withdrawn to your own payment details. The site rules state it plainly: winnings are paid to the account of the participant who has passed identification, not “to a manager’s card”.
If someone on social media or in a messenger offers to help you “receive your winnings” and asks you to transfer money to a private person, this is not how X2 LOTO pays out. Check your balance only in your account on x2.kg and never share confirmation codes with anyone: under the offer, all actions in your account are considered to have been performed by you.
Don’t rush to buy new tickets
A win is a pleasant occasion, but not a signal to play more. A lottery is entertainment with a chance of winning, not a source of income. A few rules of responsible play:

- do not play to win back what you have lost;
