How to Play a Draw Lottery Online: Choosing Numbers, Random Tickets and Multiple Draws

How do you play a draw lottery online if you have only bought paper tickets before or have never played at all? At X2 LOTO, all draw lotteries use the same coupon: you mark numbers or add a random ticket, choose how many draws it will play in, and pay from your game account. Below is a step-by-step guide to the coupon: what to tap, how to buy several tickets at once and where to look after the draw.

What is a draw lottery

In a draw lottery you choose the numbers yourself, and the prize is decided by the draw at the scheduled time. This is how it differs from an instant lottery, where the result is known right after you buy the ticket.

There are currently six draw lotteries on the site, and they differ in the size of the field and how often they are drawn:

  • Tap-1, Tap-2, Tap-3 and Tap-4 are fast lotteries: you mark 1 number out of 36, 2 out of 15, 3 out of 12 or 4 out of 11. Draws take place every 4 minutes, around the clock. The prize is fixed and is calculated from the ticket price you choose in the coupon.
  • 4 of 20 + 1 of 5 is a classic lottery with an accumulating jackpot: 4 numbers in the main field and 1 in the additional field, drawn once a day.
  • The Magnificent Eight has 8 numbers out of 20 in the first field and 1 out of 4 in the second, a draw every 15 minutes, nine prize categories and an accumulating jackpot.

The rules, prizes and answers to common questions for each game are on its own page — for example, Tap-1, 4 of 20 + 1 of 5 and The Magnificent Eight. But the answer to how to play lotto online is the same for all six: fill in the coupon, choose the draws, pay and wait for the draw.

How to play a draw lottery: what you need before buying

You can fill in the coupon without signing in, but you can buy a ticket only after signing in to your account and completing verification. To do this:

  1. Register with your phone number.
  2. Complete verification — through Tunduk or with a photo of your document. Without it you cannot buy a ticket: you can take part in lotteries only from the age of 18, and your age is confirmed through verification. The check takes up to 12 hours and only needs to be done once.
  3. Top up your game account.

If your balance is not enough, the coupon will show the missing amount and offer to top up your account right from it.

How to fill in a lottery coupon

Open the page of the lottery you want — the coupon is on the first tab, “Coupon”. It has a field with numbers: the fast lotteries have one field, while 4 of 20 + 1 of 5 and The Magnificent Eight have a main field and an additional one.

  • Mark the required number of numbers. The counter next to the field shows how many you have already chosen.
  • Made a mistake? Tap “Clear” and start again.
  • In the Tap lotteries, choose the ticket price. The prize is calculated from it, so the coupon immediately shows the possible prize for the chosen price.

A ticket is complete when exactly as many numbers are marked as the rules require. In The Magnificent Eight, the numbers in the first field cannot repeat: you need eight different ones.

Random ticket and auto-fill

If you do not want to choose yourself, the coupon can pick the numbers for you:

  • “Random” adds a new ticket with random numbers to the coupon.
  • “Copy” adds a copy of the current completed ticket — handy if you want to play the same combination several times.
  • The “+3 … +20” buttons add several tickets at once. With the “Auto-fill” switch on, they come with random numbers; with it off, they are empty and you can fill them in by hand.

Random selection is simply a convenience, not a way to improve your chances. The rules of The Magnificent Eight say this directly: the way the numbers are chosen does not affect the probability of winning.

Several tickets in one purchase

You can put several tickets with different combinations into one coupon. The “Tickets in coupon” list shows all of them, and for a ticket that is not ready yet, the line “… of … filled” shows how many numbers have already been marked in it. Incomplete tickets are not included in the purchase: the coupon will only process those where all the numbers are marked.

You can buy up to 100 tickets in one purchase in any draw lottery, with any numbers. The total is calculated as follows: number of tickets × ticket price × number of draws. The limit on tickets in one purchase takes the draws into account — if you reach it, the coupon will tell you.

One ticket for several draws

You can buy a ticket for several draws in any draw lottery, not only in Tap. The “Draw” block has two options:

  • “Next draw” — the ticket will play only in the current draw.
  • “Multiple draws” — the same ticket will play in the current draw and the following ones, up to five in a row.

The numbers are the same in all draws of the series, and the cost is multiplied by the number of draws. A ticket for several draws is convenient if you do not want to buy the same combination again for every draw.

The timer and the close of ticket sales

Each lottery has a timer at the top of its page. While it shows “Sales close in…”, tickets for the next draw are accepted. Before the draw, sales close: the screen will show “Ticket sales are closed” or “Drawing in progress — next draw soon”, and the coupon buttons will stay inactive until sales open for the next draw. An electronic ticket takes part in the draw after the purchase is confirmed, its cost is debited from the game account and it is assigned a unique number.

Where to check the result

  • The “My tickets” tab on the lottery page shows your tickets and their outcome.
  • The “Winning numbers” tab and the “Latest results” block show the numbers of the latest draws of this lottery.
  • The “Draw results” page shows the latest draws of all draw lotteries, with “All draws” links to the archive of each.

Winnings are credited to your game account automatically after the draw is settled.

Play responsibly

You can take part in X2 LOTO lotteries only from the age of 18. A lottery is entertainment, not a way to solve money problems: decide in advance how much you are ready to spend, and do not try to win back what you have lost. The timer to the next draw does not oblige you to buy a ticket.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy one ticket for several draws at once?

Yes, in any draw lottery. Choose “Multiple draws” in the coupon: one ticket will play in up to five draws in a row with the same numbers, and the cost will be multiplied by the number of draws.

How many tickets can I buy at once?

Up to 100 tickets in one purchase in any draw lottery, with any numbers. If the tickets are for several draws, the limit takes them into account — the coupon will warn you if you reach it.

How is a random ticket different from one filled in by hand?

Only in who chose the numbers. The rules of The Magnificent Eight say directly: the way the numbers are chosen does not affect the probability of winning.

What happens if I do not make it before ticket sales close?

You can no longer buy a ticket for that draw. Wait for sales to open for the next draw — the timer at the top of the lottery page will show when that happens.

How do I find out if my ticket has won?

Open the “My tickets” tab on the lottery page. The winning numbers are shown there too, on the “Winning numbers” tab, and on the draw results page, and winnings are credited to your game account automatically.
