How to check a lottery ticket online and see if it won
You can check an X2 LOTO lottery ticket right on the website, with no ticket office and no need to enter a number into a separate form. Tickets here are electronic: each one is linked to your account, and its outcome is shown in the “My tickets” section. Below: where to find your tickets, how to compare the numbers with the draw results yourself, and what to do if something doesn’t add up.
Why you don’t need to check a ticket by hand
In X2 LOTO draw lotteries, a participant buys an electronic lottery ticket with one number combination for a specific draw. The ticket is accepted for participation once the purchase is confirmed, its price is debited from the gaming account and it is assigned a unique number in the operator’s information system.
Under the rules, an electronic ticket records:
- the unique ticket number;
- the draw number;
- the date and time of purchase;
- the ticket price;
- the numbers you chose;
- the draw participation status.
All of this is stored in the system: there is no paper ticket to lose, and you don’t need to write the number down. After the draw, the system itself compares your numbers with the drawn ones and calculates the result.
Where to check a lottery ticket on X2 LOTO
Your tickets and their outcomes are shown in the “My tickets” section. It opens after you log in to your account: guests are asked to log in first. You can find it in several ways:
- the “My tickets” tab on the page of any draw lottery;
- “My tickets” in the bottom menu on your phone;
- the profile menu in the site header and your personal account.
In this section, tickets are split into those awaiting the draw and those already drawn. There are filters “All tickets”, “Upcoming”, “Winners” and “No win”, as well as a choice of a specific game — handy if you play several lotteries.
The ticket card shows its number, the draw and the draw date, your numbers, the drawn numbers and how many of them matched. Each ticket has a status:
- Awaiting draw — the draw has not taken place yet;
- Won — with the amount credited for the ticket;
- No win — the draw has taken place, there is no winning combination;
- Rejected — if you see this status and the reason is unclear, contact support.
For a drawn ticket, the card shows a time: for a winning ticket — when the winnings were credited to the balance, for the others — when the result was calculated. From there you can also go to the draw results.
How to find draw results and check your numbers
If you want to check the outcome yourself, open the draw results page. It brings together all X2 LOTO lotteries: for each one, it shows the latest draw number, the draw date and time and the drawn numbers. The page is updated after every draw. Below is a feed of draws with a filter by lottery.
Each lottery has its own draw archive — the “All draws” link. For example, the “4 of 20 + 1 of 5” draw archive shows the drawn numbers of recent draws, newest first. You can choose the archive depth: 200, 500 or 1,000 draws.
To check a ticket, find the draw number from the ticket card in the archive and compare the numbers. What counts as a win depends on the lottery:
- Tap-1, Tap-2, Tap-3, Tap-4 — a win when all the numbers you chose match the drawn ones, in any order;
- “4 of 20 + 1 of 5” — tickets that match 2, 3 or 4 numbers out of 20 win, and matching 4 numbers plus the extra number wins the jackpot;
- “Magnificent Eight” — prize categories range from “4 + 1” to “8 + 1”, and a ticket belongs to only one category in a draw.
If you are logged in, the archive will tell you itself: the latest draw will show a mark for your ticket — won, no win or awaiting calculation.
In any draw lottery, you can buy a ticket for several consecutive draws, up to five. Such a ticket plays the same numbers in each of them. Check it against the results of each of these draws.
When the result and winnings appear
Draws follow each lottery’s schedule: Tap-1, Tap-2, Tap-3 and Tap-4 are drawn every 4 minutes, “Magnificent Eight” every 15 minutes, and “4 of 20 + 1 of 5” once a day. A timer to the next draw is shown on the lottery card, and all games are collected in the lottery catalog.
Winnings on a draw ticket are credited to the gaming account automatically after the draw is calculated, usually within a few minutes of the draw. You don’t need to submit a claim. In instant lotteries, the result is shown right away in the game itself.
Only a verified participant can withdraw money from the account, and only to their own payment details. Withdrawal requests are reviewed, usually manually. Withdrawal methods are shown in the Wallet section.
What to do if you can’t see your ticket
If you bought a ticket but don’t see it in the list:
- open the “My tickets” tab on the page of the lottery where you bought the ticket;
- check the transaction history in your personal account — it shows whether the money was debited;
- if the ticket isn’t there either, contact support: support@x2.kg or the chat on the website, daily from 9:00 to 21:00.
Before buying again, check your transaction history first so you don’t buy the same ticket twice. You can start a new purchase from the beginning in the lottery catalog.
Play responsibly
Only people aged 18 and over can take part in X2 LOTO lotteries: age is confirmed through verification, and you can’t buy a ticket without it. A lottery is entertainment with a chance to win, not a source of income. Decide in advance how much you are willing to spend, and don’t try to win back your losses.
